Bellevue University and the Nebraska Hospital Association collaborated to create the NHA Leadership Institute, an innovative learning program designed specifically for Nebraska Hospitals, with a focus on Critical Access Hospitals.
The 10-month program combines full-day workshops, offered in multiple locations across the state, that address specific self-assessments, skill-building, and content-specific activities. The program is built around the Healthcare Leadership Alliance competency model.
Hundreds of hospital leaders have participated in the NHA Leadership Institute to date. Participants must be recommended and sponsored by their hospital. For more information about the NHA Leadership Institute, please inquire here.
